After discussing the reasons for copper corrosion of gasoline and extensive experiment and industrial application research, by the China University of Petroleum (East China) developed a simple, effective, minimal investment of gasoline copper corrosion inhibitor. According to the different degree of gasoline copper corrosion, adding 50-200ppm  LR-Ⅱtype of gasoline copper corrosion inhibitor can inhibit copper corrosion completely, and  without any adverse effects on the properties of oil. The technology does not need the equipment investment, simple operation, low cost.

Addition amount：

LR-Ⅱtype gasoline copper corrosion inhibitor can effectively improve the corrosion of copper and other metal in gasoline, adding amount should be based on the level of gasoline copper corrosion. According to the general gasoline yield 50-200ppm injection, mixing evenly, can make the copper corrosion of gasoline reached 1a grade. Users are advised to do the pilot test in addition, in order to determine the amount of use more accurately and economically.

Usage method：

1、This product can be directly added evenly mixed in gasoline, should ensure that the use of pumps, pipe or container absolutely free of moisture in use process, if the device test before using the water overvoltage in the investment, it should be used after cleaning the pipelines and equipment water and drying with compressed air, the containers should be with rainproof facility. Packaging, Storage and Transportation：

LR-Ⅱtype gasoline copper corrosion inhibitor is packed by the 200L plastic nylon barrels,it can also according to user requirements with other packaging.
Store in a cool, dry, well ventilated warehouse, avoid direct the wind, rain, sun, away from fire, heat source, temperature is not more than 30 ℃ in the warehouse
The packaging container sealing cover to cover, keep container closed, no long time the product is exposed to air or sunlight, rain or other ways is prohibited mixed with water.
